After inheriting the memories of another version of himself, Alexander discovers that he is living in the Marvel Universe, a place where world-ending crises seem to happen on a yearly basis. Thankfully, a mysterious Yu-Gi-Oh! System chooses him as its host. Unfortunately, the System has one rather inconvenient flaw: Yu-Gi-Oh! doesn't exist. Unable to earn Duel Points or unlock his powers, Alexander decides to solve the problem the only way he can, by creating the famous trading card game from scratch and introducing the world to the greatest version of the notorious card game ever made. What could possibly go wrong? ------------------------------------------------------------- A few words... First of all, this isn't a translation, it should be fairly obvious, but it seems a trend to announce this, so I'll follow my fellow authors who use their brains to try to create interesting stories and do the same. Second, a fair warning, this story will be on the slow pace side and focus more on the slice-of-life, but that doesn't mean that there won't be Marvel-style action. Regarding romance, I still haven't decided if I'm going to go the harem route or not, but at the moment, I'm leaning more towards a final single love interest and multiple "adventures", but we will see as the story progresses. And yes, there will be "spicy" chapters like my previous story, but I'm not sure about their frequency; it will depend on my mood and the story. As for the update rate, expect 5 chapters a week with possible bonuses depending on the popularity of the story, that will come out on Friday and Saturday. I think this is all. Here is my new story.
